Pledges
Registering here allows you to quickly and easily request tax-dedictible donations from your friends and family by e-mail. They, in return, can easily donate on-line on this website in your name. It's easy, secure and efficient! You may also use the pledge form for these family, friends, neighbors and co-workers who don't have internet access. You may download the pledge form from the "Download Brochure" button on the previous page. Collect your pledges immediately. On-line donors will be e-mailed a receipt from PCRF. To qualify for prizes, all pledge monies must be received by Saturday, September 22, 2012. All pledges from you will help in the efforts to find a cure for pediatric cancer through the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation and will specifically support Dr. Mitchell S. Cairo and the Pediatric Cancer Research Laboratory at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at Westchester County Medical Center, New York Medical College.

Prizes
All participants receive an official "Dribble for the Cure" t-shirt. In addition, each participant will be eligible for the following prizes based on pledge money turned in by Saturday, September 22, 2012. Prizes are accumulative.

A prize will be awarded to the Top Individual Fund-Raiser. Prizes will be awarded to the following top fundraising teams: Top Individual Team, Top Corporate Team, Top School Team, and Top St. John's Student Organization Teamm.
