Pledges
Registering here allows you to quickly and easily request tax-deductible donations from your friends and family by e-mail. They, in return, can easily donate on-line on this website in your name. It’s easy, secure and efficient! On-line donors will be e-mailed a receipt from PCRF. To qualify for prizes, all pledge monies must be received by October 2012, Date TBD. All pledges from you will help in the efforts to find a cure for pediatric cancer through the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation and the Cancer Research Program at Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA.

Prizes
All participants receive an official “Dribble for the Cure” t-shirt. In addition each participant will be eligible for the following prizes based on pledge money turned in by the date of the event. Prizes are accumulative.

$750	4 tickets to a men’s basketball game, 4 tickets to a women’s basketball game, 4 sports passes for all Olympic Sports events

A prize will be awarded to the Top Individual Fund-Raiser. Prizes will be awarded to the following top fundraising teams: Top Corporate Team, Top School Team, Top Individual Team and Top UCLA Student Organization Team.
